What we collect, and why
Last updated 2 November 2026. Short, because there is not much.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts. The free domain check reads public DNS for the domain you type and shows the result; the domain is not stored.
When you order
- From the payment page (processed by Stripe on behalf of SimpleApps Studio): your name, email address, billing address and the domain you typed. We never see your card number.
- During the work: your emails to us, the public DNS of your domain, the headers of the test messages you send (which show how the receiving server judged them), and the aggregate DMARC reports that providers send to the report address we set. Aggregate reports contain counts by sending server; they do not contain message content.
What we do with it
Only the service: preparing and verifying your records, writing to you about your order, and the weekly status. We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for marketing.
How long
Order records, including the written summary of what was changed, are kept so you can come back to them. Ask at any time and we delete everything except what is needed to account for the payment.
