Terms of service
Terms
Last updated 2 November 2026. MailSigned is operated by SimpleApps Studio ("we"). These terms apply when you order the setup described on this site.
1. The service
For a one-time fee of $299 plus any applicable sales tax, we set up email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) for one domain you control: your mailbox platform plus up to four other services that send email as that domain. The work includes identifying those services with you, preparing the DNS records and mailbox settings, verifying each service with a real test message, moving the DMARC policy to an enforcing setting in stages gated on the receiving providers' reports, a weekly status note, and a written summary at the end. Additional sending services are quoted in writing before any work on them starts.
2. What you provide
Answers to our questions about what sends email as your domain and where its DNS is managed; the DNS records added at your host from the values we send, or a Cloudflare API token limited to DNS edits on that zone; administrator action inside your mailbox platform where signing must be switched on; one test email from each sending service; and written approval before the final stage.
3. Staging and safety
The DMARC policy is moved forward only after a period of reports shows your legitimate mail passing. The final stage (reject) is applied only with your written approval. If a sending service cannot be made to authenticate, or the rollout cannot safely reach the final stage, we stop at the last safe stage, leave every record in place, and give you a written account of what remains and why.
4. What is not included
Domains on free mail services or website builders' addresses (these cannot be set up and are refunded in full); migrating mailboxes or changing providers; repairing a service that cannot authenticate mail; and anything outside the one domain ordered.
5. Refunds
If we cannot start because the domain is one we cannot set up, you receive a full refund. If you ask us to stop before the records are prepared, you receive a full refund. Once records have been prepared and sent to you, the fee is earned; if the rollout stops at a safe stage for the reasons in section 3, no refund is due, and you keep everything applied.
6. Our responsibility
Receiving providers make their own delivery decisions. Authentication records tell them what to trust and what to reject; they do not guarantee delivery, placement, or that every impersonation attempt will be blocked. We are responsible for the accuracy of the records we prepare and the care of the staged rollout. Our liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the fee paid.
7. Communication and data
We communicate by email from mailsigned.com. What we collect and keep is described in the privacy notice.
8. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in force when you paid apply to your order.
